The petitioner seeks reinstatement of his service with the respondent University.

Diverse orders have been passed from time to time.

By an order dated February 18, 2025, the respondent University had sought for an adjournment on the ground that instructions were required insofar as the proposal of the Committee constituted by the respondents are concerned. It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that subsequent to the orders of Court, the Committee constituted by the respondent University has taken a decision and the same has also been forwarded to the concerned Authority. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The respondent

University is directed to act expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the above directions, WPA 8284 of 2020 stands disposed of.
