It is submitted that involvement of the petitioner is established, which is revealed from the statements of the coaccused recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the materials on record and the statements of the arrested persons, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
