KAUSHIK WPA No. 8308 of 2020 Sabuj Koli Sen Vs.

Visva-Bharati and Others Mr. Victor Chatterjee ...for the University.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The respondent University is represented and submits that pursuant to an order of this Court, a Committee constituted by the University has forwarded their recommendations and necessary action would be taken.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The respondent University is directed to act expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order after taking the recommendations of the One Man Committee into account. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent University is to act strictly in accordance with law.

With the above direction, WPA 8308 of 2020 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
