The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents have obstructed them from entering into the premises, belonging to the petitioners and the petitioner no.1's son, located at Village - Hatra, Police Station - Chapra, District - Nadia.

The writ petitioners have complained to the Chapra Police Station in this regard.

While it is true that the disputes between the petitioners and the private respondents are purely civil in nature, the petitioners' complaint of physical torture by the private respondents against them, cannot be ignored.

The Officer-in-charge, Chapra Police Station shall depute a constable to visit the petitioners' premises and warn the parties against any breach of peace in the area. It shall be ensured that the

petitioners are not disturbed by the private respondents in any way.

Any disputes that the parties may have with regard to the property rights may be agitated before a civil forum.

Officer-in-charge, Chapra Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
