The next date of hearing is stated to be June 30, 2021.

After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Tribunal shall make endeavour to hear the arguments of the parties on the next date fixed in the Original Application pending before it and try to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
