This is an application for recalling of the order dated 3rd March, 2021, by which the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Although the averments made in the instant application in support of recalling the order and restoring the writ petition to its original file and number are not convincing, yet for the ends of justice, the application for recalling, being CAN 1 of 2021 is allowed.

The order dated 3rd March, 2021 is hereby recalled and the writ petition, being WPA 8337 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number.
