The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits charges have already been framed. There is little possibility of trial concluding in the near future due to the pandemic conditions.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that her prayer for bail was rejected earlier. We have considered the materials on record. We note that the petitioner is a conspirator in procuring innocent girls for sexual exploitation and in view of her prima facie involvement in the alleged

crime, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

CRM 7848 of 2020 is disposed of.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
