Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of the written instructions submits that the complaint of the petitioner was inquired into. On inquiry, the police learnt that there are disputes with regard to an immovable property. A prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code was submitted. A FIR dated October 13, 2020 was also registered. The investigation with regard to the FIR is in progress. In such circumstances, the police acting on the complaint, as noted above, no further interference by the writ court is called for. WPA 8348 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
