.... For State The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conferencing on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners state that exaggerated charges have been brought against them. The petitioner no.1 is the husband and the petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the survivor. The State produces the case diary. From the injury report it appears that the nature of injury is not serious. Considering the aforesaid and the material on record, the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-( Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioners will abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In any event, the petitioners

must cooperate in the investigation process in every manner as and when they may be called upon.

CRM 7872 of 2020 is disposed of.
