Statements of witnesses disclosed prima facie involvement of the petitioners in torturing the victim housewife who suffered unnatural death within three years of marriage. In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
