In the 1st and 2nd line of page 4 of the order "Code of Civil Procedure" be corrected as "Limitation Act". Time framed in the said order with regard to service of application, filing of opposition to the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and the disposal of the said application for condonation of delay requires to be extended in view of the mistake in the matter which is corrected today.

 Service of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as also the application for stay shall be effected within 72 hours from today.

The petitioner will be at liberty to file opposition to the Section 5 Application within 3 days thereafter and the application for condonation of delay shall be taken up and considered by the learned Court

below within a week thereafter.

The time prescribed as mentioned hereinabove begins today.

Let this order be made as a part of the order dated January 4, 2021.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly.
