The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The learned Counsel for the State has fairly submitted that the petitioner has been discharged.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this application for anticipatory bail has now become infructuous and, accordingly, stands dismissed as infructuous.

The case diary along with the copy of the charge-sheet has been produced before us and the same is perused and returned to the learned Advocate for the State.
