Petitioner Mr. Arnab Saha .. for the petitioner Mrs. Amita Gaur ..for the State The party/parties is/are represented in the order name/names as printed above in the cause-title. Mr. Arnab Saha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, prays for bail on the ground that the trial of the case has been substantially delayed.

Mr. Saha relies on several dates during which proceedings could not be concluded and also had to be restarted. The

judgement, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, has not been delivered in spite of lapse of seven days. Mrs. Gaur, learned counsel appearing for the State, submits that today was fixed for delivery of judgement. However, due to the non-availability of the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court the judgement could not be delivered.

Having considered all aspects of the matter, this Court directs the learned Trial Court to deliver the judgement and complete all formalities connected thereto without delay upon reopening of the Courts after the long Puja Vacation of 2020.

The prayer for bail accordingly stands refused. CRM 7910 of 2020 stands thus disposed of.
