The petitioner claims that the petitioner's demand for refund of the petitioner's money by the defacto complainant led to a false complaint being lodged.
The State produces the case diary. The injury report indicates multiple stab injuries on the person of the survivor. Considering the nature of the injuries, the prayer for anticipatory bail cannot be granted.
CRM 7915 of 2020 is disposed of.
