On the question of tampering with the police records as evident from the writ petition, it is submitted by Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the State that he has looked into the allegation of tampering of police report. The concerned O.C., Charumarket Police Station, namely, Mr.
Mriganka Mohan Das has been censured and the same is entered into his service records.
The writ petition is disposed of.
