Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents are creating hindrance in the ingress and egress to the property belonging to the petitioner. Police are inactive on the complaint lodged.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on instructions that, the complaints of the petitioner was inquired into. On inquiry police learnt that, there are civil disputes between the private parties. The petitioner wants possession of a room which the other co-owners are objecting to. There is no element of hindrance of ingress and egress.

In the facts of the present case, it appears that there are civil disputes between the private parties and that the same relates to an immovable property. The private parties are at liberty to have such civil disputes resolved before the appropriate

forum, in accordance with law. Police have inquire into the complaints made by the petitioner and found nothing untoward. No further interference is called for by the writ court.

WPA 8425 of 2020 along with connected application, IA No. CAN 1 of 2021, are disposed of. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
