Affidavit of service be kept with the record. The petitioner submits that for one contract carriage route permit for auto rickshaw, he filed an application pursuant to the Gazette notification dated 18th December, 2018 and paid requisite fees therefor. Such application was made as appears from annexure P5 of the writ application on 4th of September, 2019. The petitioner's grievance is that the application has not been considered till date. In the meantime, he has filed one representation dated 19th November, 2019 which appears at page 30 of the writ application for considering his application dated 4th September, 2019 vide Docket No.5374. The petitioner submits that this representation has also not been considered up till now.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, Mr. Nayak submits that because of pandemic, initially some matters were kept pending but thereafter decisions have

been taken in respect of some matters also by calling a meeting by the appropriate board. But decision in respect of granting such permits have already been taken.

In such circumstances, I direct the respondent no.4 to communicate the decision within a period of two weeks from date relating to the application of the petitioner and if it is found by the authority that his application has not been considered at all in the said meeting then his representation dated 19th November, 2019 being annexure P-6 is to be considered within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order after giving him an opportunity of hearing. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
