Bhattacharjee ... for the State After hearing submissions of the parties, I direct the concerned respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner in respect of his contract carriage permit of Auto Rickshaw which is at page 28 of the writ petition and while considering the annexure "P-5" at page 28, the respondent will give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such consideration is to be made by four weeks and the decision is to be communicated to him within two weeks thereafter.

With the above directions writ petition is disposed of.
