Siuli Karan (Das) The present revision is of the year 2020 praying for quashing of the judgement and orders dated 01.02.2019 and 16.01.2020 passed in Criminal Revision No.7 of 2019 arising out of Misc. Case No.24 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Halda, Purba Medinipore under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
