Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that two complains to the police remain unattended to.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on instruction that both the complains were enquired into and prosecution under Section 107/116(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure were initiated.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps on the two complains as noted above, no further interference is called for.

W.P.A. 8449 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
