Mr. T. M. Siddiqui, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has agreed that the submission made on behalf of the respondent no. 1 on August 17, 2021 is correct. His resignation was accepted on February 11, 2021 with effect from July 1, 2015. In view thereof, the writ petition has now become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as "infructuous". There will be no order as to costs.
