The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The application being IA No. CRAN/1/2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record and prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in aiding and abetting the principal accused in committing the crime, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
