akb Mr. Abhijit Sarkar ...For the Petitioners Mr. Debjit Muykherjee Ms. Susmita Chatterjee ...For the Opposite Parties This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking expeditious hearing of the main suit, being Title Suit No. 106 of 2013 pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Howrah.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties/plaintiffs also submits that some of his applications with respect to police help for breach of an injunction application is also pending. He prays all the pending applications in connection with the title suit may be heard analogously by the Trial Court below.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that a direction may be given upon the Trial Court below to hear out the connected pending applications and to dispose of the main title suit being Title Suit No. 106 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioners shall communicate this order to the Court below as well as to the opposite parties and/or their learned Advocate appearing in the Court below at the earliest.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if
