C.O. 1318 of 2020 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Lalbag, District - Murshidabad, to dispose of the Partition Suit being Partition Suit No. 227 of 2007 (Jamal Sk. Vs. Hira Bewa & Anr.) pending in the said Court, as expeditiously as possible, positively within one month from the date of communication of this order to the Court below, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the Court below as well as to the opposite parties and/or their learned Advocate appearing in the Court below at the earliest.
