Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated February 25, 2020 passed by the learned Judge, 6th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 1372 of 2018, the present revisional application has been preferred. During pendency of the suit, parties have amicably settled their dispute and a petition of compromise being CAN 1 of 2022 has been filed with a prayer for disposal of the instant revisional application in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated September 14, 2022 signed by and between the parties.

In view of the above, CO 1319 of 2020 along with connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 are disposed of in terms of memorandum of settlement dated September 14, 2022 and the said memorandum of settlement be made part of the order.
