Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in obstructing Forest Officers in discharging their official duty and as the fire arms were also snatched away from the possession of the patrolling party, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners for recovery of fire arms is necessary. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
