The petitioners undertake to appropriately affirm and stamp 17, 2020 the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners claim that they have nothing to do with the alleged abduction of the husband of the defacto complainant or his subsequent death.

According to the State, these petitioners called on the victim late in the evening and took him away with them. The State says that the body of the victim was discovered on the next day.

Considering that these petitioners may have called the victim out and these petitioners may have been the last persons to see the victim when he was alive, the custodial interrogation of these petitioners cannot be excused at this

The prayer for bail is refused.
