The petitioner claims impropriety in the appointments made to the post of Auxiliary Fire Personnel under the West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services Authority.

This Court is of the view that the matter pertains to service under the State and falls within the jurisdiction of the State Administrative Tribunal. Hence, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioners to approach the State Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
