1. Present writ petition relates to a dispute that cropped up over the appointment of a director on the Board of Anil Plantations Pvt. Ltd. The dispute arose back in 2020.

2. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
