Mr. Manoranjan Mahata .... for the State Liberty is granted to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners to correct the name of the petitioner no. 2 in the cause title of the petition by incorporating the name of the petitioner no. 2 as Maman Gain @ Guin @ Mamon Gain @ Guin in place and stead of Mannan Gain @ Guin.

Similar correction be effected in the order dated 19.10.2020. Other portions of this order shall remain the same. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 19.10.2020.

Accordingly, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Learned Advocate as well as the other concerned authorities shall act on the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
