Alleging inaction on the part of the construction engineer in addressing the grievances regarding drastic sewerage problem raised by the petitioner, the present writ petition has been preferred.

I am of the view that the petitioner did not take any steps to get the matter disposed of for the last five years. As with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous, the same is dismissed as infructuous.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
