Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the general and omnibus nature of allegations against the petitioners, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely (1) Sikha Ghose @ Sikha Ghosh and (2) Arpita Mitra be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
