The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Having considered the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. and also the materials formed part of the case diary wherefrom involvement of the petitioner in causing hurt to the victim by hurling bomb prima facie transpires, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, thus, rejected.
