The petitioner, being the Secretary of a club in Midnapore, has filed this writ petition praying for an order directing the respondent authorities to allow the club to perform the Durga Puja. However, there is no mention of the place where the petitioner's club wants to perform the Durga Puja. Without the particular location where the petitioner intends to hold the Durga Puja, I am unable to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition WPA 8517 of 2020 stands rejected.
