For the State The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The State says that commercial quantity of codeine mixture was recovered from the person of the petitioner.

The petitioner says that though the charge-sheet has been filed, no chemical analysis report has been obtained. It appears from the records that the chemical analysis report has been obtained. Since commercial quantity of contraband is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, the petitioner is not eligible to obtain bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

CRM 8066 of 2020 is disposed of.
