Having considered the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the injury report showing that the

injury sustained by the victim is severe directly implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the them.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
