And In Re : Lakshman Ghosh .... petitioner Mr. Sumanta Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance which is above commercial quantity and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
