Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged snatching of gold chain which is yet to be recovered, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for recovery of stolen article is necessary. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
