Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners as members of the unlawful assembly who had thrown bombs at the victim resulting in his death, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
