On 6th July, 2021 this court passed a direction upon the petitioners for producing two documents in original.

Today, nobody appears for the petitioners.

Only a person namely, Arijit Banerjee, describing himself to be a law clerk of the advocate for the petitioners, is physically present in court and submits that the petitioners are ill. I do not know the person. I also do not understand who is ill, the learned advocate or the petitioners.

However, I do not accept such submission which is confusing one as to who is ill, the learned advocate or the petitioners.

In such circumstances, I dismiss this writ application for default.
