(Through Video Conference) Mr. Apurba Krishna Das Mr. Arup Krishna Das ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Rabindranath Bag Mr. Rohan Raj ... ... for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 Mr. Bag, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3, submits that the clause "NC-Not Certified due to not fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria of 45% marks in class XII" has been deleted and a fresh result of the D.El.Ed (untrained in-service teacher) pertaining to the petitioner has already been issued and uploaded in the website of the respondent no.2.

Mr. Bag further submits that a fresh mark-sheet and the certificate will also be issued to the petitioner by the competent authority within a period of three weeks from date.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on completion of all necessary formalities.
