This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the applications under Order 22, Rule 3 and Order 39, Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which have been pending for sometime before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, arising out of Title Suit No.1014 of 2018. It is the contention of defendant no.1/petitioner that the suit is of 2018 and ad interim order of injunction was passed on September 18, 2018, which has been extended from time to time, but the same has not yet been disposed of. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and without forming any opinion as to the validity of the claim made by the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the pending applications filed in connection with Title Suit No.1014 of 2018 as expeditiously

as possible, preferably within a period of two months from date of communication of this order upon affording an opportunity to the parties to contest the said applications. The learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law and decide the matter on its own merits without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.

The petitioner is directed to serve a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
