Petitioners complain that, there is an oral direction by the State Authorities not to sell the land. The State is represented.

The allegation is unbelievable.

Assuming that there is such a direction, the same is surely not binding on the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to deal with any land over which they have right, title and interest to do so. No interference is called for by the Writ Court in this regard.

WPA 8583 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
