Having considered the materials on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged crime and having regard to the fact that narcotic substance above commercial quantity has been recovered from the petitioner and having regard to the clear bar under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act to grant bail in such case, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail being CRM 8137 of 2020 is rejected. All parties are to act on a website copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
