Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to personal difficulty on 19.11.2024 she could not appear. However, subsequently she came to know about the dismissal order dated 19.11.2024.

It appears from the record that on 19.11.2024 there was no representation from the side of the petitioner.

However, considering the difficulty as disclosed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to restore W.P.C.R.C. 59 of 2021 to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Let the matter be listed on 12.06.2026 under the heading "Contempt Matters".
