1. Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent for relaxing the age bar to enable the petitioner to appear in the selection process initiated in 2018 for the post of medical technologist (Cadre).

2. I am of the view that with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
