The instant prayer pertains to relaxation of the conditions of bail granted on 20th October, 2020 in CRM 8147 of 2020. Learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits that the applicant/petitioner has already complied with all the conditions of bail staying away from Shyampur Police Station. It is also submitted that charge sheet in this case has already been submitted.

Learned advocate for the State produces a report revealing compliance of the conditions of bail. Let the report be kept on record.

There is no adverse report available against the petitioner at the moment. The conditions of bail imposed in the order dated 20th October, 2020 in CRM 8147 of 2020 are withdrawn. Other

conditions as regards compliance of Section 437(3) Cr.P.C., and ensuring appearance before the Trial Court on all future dates of trial will, however, remain unaltered. The order is modified to that extent only.
