The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner is alleged to be involved in causing a bomb blast that resulted in three buildings being destroyed, including a public health center.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the possible involvement of the petitioner in the commission thereof, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM 8153 of 2020 is disposed of.
