It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the certificate issued on 7th August, 2019, the Certificate Officer has not taken any steps till date for recovery of the dues payable to the petitioner. The Certificate Officer is represented and undertakes to recover such dues at the earliest. The Certificate Officer is accordingly directed to recover such dues and take necessary steps for payment of the same to the petitioner in terms of the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 within a period of two months from date.

W.P.A. 8615 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
