Let the opening sentence of the said order dated November 17, 2020 be corrected to the following effect: "The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher (Primary) by the respondent No. 5 with effect from February 16, 2010".

Even the second paragraph at page 5 of the said order dated November 17, 2020 be corrected to the following effect:

"The Secretary, Department of School Education is directed to ensure that the petitioner receives his pensionary benefit for the period commencing from February, 2020, positively from the month of February, 2021".

The above corrections be incorporated in the initial order dated November 17, 2020.

Department is directed to forthwith supply the certified website copy of the corrected order dated November 17, 2020 to the petitioner.
